How we can help you implement OKRs

We provide a range of services to help businesses implement OKRs:

• Developing an OKR implementation plan

• Helping formulate great objectives, KRs and initiatives

• Setting up a cloud-based OKR system. We’ve reviewed all the major cloud-based OKR systems in the market and can help you set up the system of your choice. We also have direct relationships with providers of what we regard as the best solutions in the market.

• Training users in OKR theory and practice

• Ongoing monitoring, coaching and reviews to keep you on track

While we can do as little or as much as you like, our recommended OKR package looks something like this:

1. We work with you to understand your business and then help you define the scope of your OKR project - does it encompass your whole business, or should you dip your toe in in the water with one business unit?

2. We hold (virtual or face to face) workshops to introduce OKRs to your team(s) and help them set their first OKRs

3. We configure an OKR system to meet your needs

4. We provide (virtual or face to face) user training, then go live

5. We hold your hand for 12 months, monitoring progress and keeping things on track.

6. We facilitate the first 3 quarterly review sessions where progress is assessed, lessons learned, and OKRs are adjusted as needed

7. We take off the training wheels and leave you to run free - but we’re always there as back-up if you need us!
